Amy L. Griboff is a partner with Hammond Law, LLC, a boutique estate and long-term care planning practice, with offices in Rockville, Frederick, Sykesville, and Cumberland. Ms. Griboff is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and frequently lectures on estate planning and elder law matters.  She has authored articles for the Maryland State Bar Association and NAELA on the topic of advance directives. Ms. Griboff is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia. She received her B.A. degree from Clark University, J.D. degree from Washington College of Law, American University, and is currently pursuing her LL.M. in Elder Law at Stetson University.


Tovah Kasdin, J.D., is the director of the ElderSAFE™ Center, a program of Charles E. Smith Life Communities.  Tovah’s twenty years of experience in the domestic violence field, include: former domestic violence prosecutor for the Montgomery County, Maryland, State’s Attorney’s Office, non-profit manager, and domestic violence prevention and response consultant to the World Bank Group, International Monetary Fund and Inter-American Development Bank. She is a past president and current board member of the Maryland Network Against Domestic Violence and the Legal Resource Center on Violence Against Women. Tovah is a member of the Leadership Montgomery Core Class of 2019. Tovah has testified on the state and national levels on domestic violence and elder abuse policy and is a frequent trainer and conference speaker.
