Welcome to the Kol Shalom Women's Network!  The members of Kol Shalom Women's Network welcome newcomers, care for women in need, learn together, protest religious oppression, raise money for the educational pursuits of Kol Shalom, actively engage in Tikkun Olam,  and bond with each other.  For further information, please email [email protected]

Women’s Network – Time to Make the Hamantashen!

Calling all rollers, fillers and pinchers - It’s Hamantashen time!

On Sunday, March 5th at 11am, Women’s Network will be gathering in the Kol Shalom kitchen to produce copious amounts of our beloved Purim treats to be served following the Purimshpiel on Saturday, March 11th.

All members of the congregation are welcome to join.  No baking experience needed. Email ([email protected]) or call Shelly Schwartz at 443-812-9197 to confirm.

Sugihara: Conspiracy of Kindness ~ Sunday, June 4th 4pm-7pm

Reexamine the events of World War II through this 90-minutes film that tells the story of courageous hero and humanitarian who selflessly saved thousands of lives.  As Japan’s consul to Lithuania, Chinue Sugihara used his diplomatic power to write visas for refugees desperate to escape persecution.  This special program includes commentary by Rabbi Maltzman who, for three years, served as the only civilian rabbi in Japan.

Torah Fund

Torah Fund is a grassroots effort of the Women's League for Conservative/Masorti Judaism and supports the five rabbinical seminaries located around the world. Torah Fund aids in the development of future rabbis, cantors and Jewish educators.   Donations of any amount are very much appreciated. For a donation of $180 or more, you will receive a pin/pendant.
